To welcome you to ASM, we offer a complimentary year of Emerging Professional membership to help you start your career in the materials science and engineering field.
Terms & Conditions
To qualify for the New Graduate Membership free year offer, you must be within two years of your latest university graduation date, 40 years of age or younger, and not continuing as a university student within the next 12 months (such as enrolling in graduate school). This complimentary year can only be used once per member and is non-transferable. We are now accepting applications for those who graduated from 1/01/2024 through an expected graduation of 2/28/2026.

Don’t Qualify?
You may still be eligible for a discounted membership rate! To check, go through the standard ASM join process to complete your profile, being sure to fill out all requested data fields. Any eligible discounts will be automatically applied on the final checkout page before your payment information is collected.
