Visa Guidelines

Attendees from countries that require visas are reminded that the process of obtaining a visa may take several months. You are strongly encouraged to plan ahead and begin the application process early. Visa applications should be submitted for processing as early as possible no later than 90 days prior to travel.

Please note that the event organizers do not have any influence over the issuance of a visa. The determination is at the sole discretion of the Embassy/Consulate. Should your application be denied, the event organizers cannot change the decision of the governmental agency.
