To Add Additional Sponsors:

Please use the navigator tool, this should be located in the left pane, that looks like stacked papers. This will open the navigator pane. Most of the time the elements will be collapsed. I’ve renamed the elements so that way we can easily identify what are headings and what are sponsors.

 

You will need to find the sponsor container in the navigator, then either use the keyboard shortcut of CTRL + D or right click the element in the navigator and select duplicate.

Registration will open May of 2026.

The Full Conference registration fee includes:

  • Access to technical programming
  • Access to the exhibitor tabletop displays
  • Refreshment breaks each day

Reminder for speakers: Speakers are required to register by the Early Bird deadline in order to secure the discounted speaker registration rate.

Editing Your Existing Registration
If you need to edit your registration, you may do so at any time by returning to the registration site and logging into your record using your confirmation number and email address used to register. Please click the ‘Already Registered’ link located at the bottom of the registration site landing page to login.

Note: Cancellations may not be processed through the online system.

Student Registration – to qualify for this registration category, you must be registered as a full-time continuing student at an educational institution. For verification purposes, please be prepared to register with your student institutional email address and provide student ID onsite.

Cancellation Policy – all ASM event registration fees are refundable, less a $50 administrative fee, up to 30 days prior to the start of the conference. Cancellations received after August 17, 2026 are non-refundable.

Beware of Hotel and Registration Scams!
Unauthorized third-party HOUSING and REGISTRATION companies have been contacting members asking for credit card information over the phone. You will NEVER receive a phone call directly from organizers or vendors on their behalf. In order to make a legitimate sleeping room reservation with the Headquarters Hotel, or register for the conference, please use the links provided on the event site.
