Presentation Details
The oral presentations can be delivered in either English or Spanish, as it will be simultaneously translated. Meeting rooms will be equipped with a computer (with USB capability), podium microphone, projection screen and data projector.  All presentations will be 20 minutes in length, including Q&A.  We will confirm your specific timeslot in February 2026.

For your presentation, you are required to submit a PowerPoint presentation in both English and Spanish (each slide with the English and Spanish text side by side). The PowerPoint template is below. The deadline for submission of your PowerPoint is March 1. The PowerPoint presentation must be submitted prior to the event to give the translation company time to accurately practice and prepare the translation due to the technical nature of the information.

Note: The technical program of Heat Treat Mexico is not a platform for commercial (sales) presentations.  We respectfully request that you keep your presentation technical and informative.  Restricting commercialism ultimately benefits both the presenters and the conference attendees.
